Here is a sampling of the vehicles we have built in the past and moving forward. If you have a big idea and would like to see it take material form we can help.

My beloved old faithful 1996 Chevrolet 1500 2wd

She's been with me since new, back when I began in this trade. After years of hard use it was time to overhaul after a bit of body damage in the beginning of 2008. A 4 / 6" Bell tech drop was installed as well as 17" Ultra high performance tires. We built a custom front bumper in house which included frenched 6" driving lights and license plate, but out sourced the custom rear roll pan and paint.

1957 Buick Caballero Estate Wagon

My folks took this "Beautiful Caa" across Canada in the Coasters 2010 tour. She sports a GM Ramjet 350 fuel injected crate motor, a 4 speed overdrive automatic and a custom air ride system. The front suspension was udated using F body parts and the rear uses a custom built truck arm set up. Shaved door handles, 100 spoke wheeld with chrome and colour matched blue spokes and wide whitewall tires give a hint as to what's below the surface.

Wagons Of Steel North's Flagship 1964 Dodge 330 Wagon

Built by myself and Pat McInnis this car was like 4 projects in one. It is honestly my favorite car in the world. The build took place over approximately one year and took place both here at Babe's and the bulk of the fab in Pat's 2 car garage, that tale is too long and detailed to tell here so check out the ongoing tale of this beast here.

My Buddy Daniel's 1972 GMC

He said " I want something that puts a smile on my face when I drive it". Mssion accomplished. Even keeping to a minimal build budget I love what we achieved here. A near stock restoration with a hint of army truck worked in, she sports the venerable 350 4 speed combo that is a big part of what defines these trucks.

1937 Chevy Coupe featuring a fully Electric Drive

The old man and I are back at it again. This coupe was made right around the same time he was so theres been a fair amount of work required. Once we get her prettyed up a bit we plan to add a AC-76 motor package from http://hpevs.com/ , which will be coupled to a T-5 5 speed and Ford rear axle. She sits low with rod typical Mustang II type front suspension. Other touches include frenched 59 Cadillac taillights and license plate.
