My partner and I have been having trouble finding a place that was willing to repair glow plugs for our diesel van with confidence and at a reasonable price. Babe's got us in right away to do diagnostics, provided a thorough and comprehensible report (with photos!), and advised us on every scenario and necessary services that would ensure the best outcome for our van. We live in our van, and Babe's was incredibly accommodating and did whatever they could to get us back in our home. Thank you so much everybody at Babe's! Your entire team was so nice, tolerated our many questions and fur babies, and got us back on the road, more safe and in better condition than we arrived :) We will definitely be back in the future for our vehicle needs! (sorry ;) )

Going to a garage by definition puts most people on edge. We all drive cars but few of us know how they work. Garages have a reputation of taking advantage of this, unfortunately. I can say this from personal experience too. On the day of my inspection appointment I had an unforeseen problem and Shane adjusted the schedule to fit me in. His explanations were clear and his manner patient, professional and polite. Contrary to many other places, the garage is clean and orderly. Just that says something about a business. My only regret is that they don't work on Westfalias...

I recently booked a wheel alignment for my classic car through Shayne and Chris did the alignment. Chris did an awesome job. The car drives and handles like a dream. Chris even did some extra work for me as well. The experience was excellent. I’ve been a longtime customer of Babes and taken other classics there. I really enjoyed my experience at babes auto. I came in with a small issue looking for a diagnostic and that issue got addressed quickly and at a fair price. What impressed me most with Babes that I have never seen before from a mechanic was that aside from looking into the issue I was concerned about, I also received a link with a full inspection including pictures of each part they inspect with recommendations. Overall great shop, and great communication with the team. I will be sure to give Babes a call the next time my car is acting up and will be recommending my friends do the same

We've been bringing our vehicles to Babe's for the past 2 years and can highly recommend. Last year, they installed new rotors and pads. After some recent warping of the rotors, they were able to obtain a warrantee replacement and install, all free of charge. Super happy with their service!

I ended up stranded in Nelson with unexpected car trouble. Called every local shop in town only to be told "Were fully booked" or "sorry we can't work on your camperized vehicle" Then I called Babe's, and had my faith in humanity restored. "We're fully booked, but if you can get to the shop early, we can do our best to look at it" was the most human response I could've received and I couldn't have been more grateful. They had me back on the road with confidence in under 3 hours. They we're kind and accommodating and honestly they saved my road trip. Babes isn't just a mechanic shop, it's a place where car guys help people with car problems. Thanks again Shane!

I cannot recommend Babes enough! I have a small work fleet of older 4x4s that need lots of love to keep em running. I burn out mechanics as these poor vehicles get bush whacked constantly and often need complicated and extensive repairs.... Babe's is always up to the task. They have a friendly, professional and uber competent team that keeps me up and running. Love Babe's. Seriously cannot praise enough!
